    Government Printing Office, Washington D.C., 1899, Oblong Folio, 11 inches in height by 15.25 inches in length, Nicely rebound in half burgundy morocco leather over original marbled paper boards, very nice modern burgundy label on front board. Four raised band on spine with gilt rule. Matching marbled end papers, No previous owner bookplate or writing.
