The “New Edition” 1937, reprint of the 1914 First Edition. Complete with a bright jacket and original publisher’s two- part box. Complete with sixty-four illustrations of blankets and the Indians who wove them. Twenty-two of them being vintage color plates. Detailed look at the Navajo people and their exceptional skill designing and weaving blankets. Very clean decorated red cloth binding with bright gilt title to front board and spine. Nice uniform light red top stain.
Original Jacket shows some light edge and corner wear. Very bright jacket, much better than usually found. Publishers box with matching paper label on lid. Light rubbing to box label and shows some edge wear but still holding strong. Book is 10 inches in height by 7 inches in width.
